  • 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
  • 1 cup Raw Cauliflower grated
  • 2.25 oz Cooked Chicken Breast chopped
  • 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli (optional)*
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
  • 1 can of Cooking spray



  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Combine the cauliflower, egg beaters, and cheese in a mixing bowl. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan. Thin out the mixture with a spoon and make a dinner plate-sized circle.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn the “dough” over. Continue baking for 10 more minutes if possible (varies by oven).
  5. Over the dough, spread your favorite BBQ sauce. Chicken and broccoli (or any other vegetable you like) are placed on top of it.
