LEAN & GREEN BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Egg Beaters
- 1 cup Raw Cauliflower grated
- 2.25 oz Cooked Chicken Breast chopped
- 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Broccoli (optional)*
- 3 tbsp Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
- 1 can of Cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Combine the cauliflower, egg beaters, and cheese in a mixing bowl. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan. Thin out the mixture with a spoon and make a dinner plate-sized circle.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Turn the “dough” over. Continue baking for 10 more minutes if possible (varies by oven).
- Over the dough, spread your favorite BBQ sauce. Chicken and broccoli (or any other vegetable you like) are placed on top of it.
