LEAN & GREEN ONE-PAN LEMON PEPPER SALMON WITH GARLIC PARMESAN ASPARAGUS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lbs Salmon
  • 3 pinch Light Cooking Spray
  • 2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning – salt-free
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (optional)*
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 lbs Asparagus
  • 1 medium Lemon sliced

LEAN & GREEN ONE-PAN LEMON PEPPER SALMON WITH GARLIC PARMESAN ASPARAGUS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Set salmon in the midst of a foil-lined, lightly oiled baking sheet.
  3. Spray the top of the salmon lightly with cooking spray, then sprinkle it with lemon pepper and salt if desired, followed by lemon slices.
  4. In a small mixing dish, combine parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Sprinkle cooking spray lightly over the salmon and arrange asparagus spears around it.
  5. Sprinkle the asparagus with the parmesan cheese and garlic powder mixture.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
