Simple ingredients, bold flavor, totally on-plan!
This 5-Ingredient Pork with Blue Cheese is a quick, elevated dinner that feels fancy but comes together in just 20 minutes. Juicy pork medallions are sautéed until golden, then tossed in rich, melty blue cheese with savory mushrooms. Served over a crisp watercress and jicama salad for a fresh, slightly sweet crunch that pairs perfectly with the creamy, tangy sauce.
It’s a flavor-packed combo you didn’t know you needed!
This is a complete Lean & Green meal.
