INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbs Salmon
- 3 pinch Light Cooking Spray
- 2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning – salt-free
- 1/2 tsp Salt (optional)*
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 lbs Asparagus
- 1 medium Lemon sliced

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Set salmon in the midst of a foil-lined, lightly oiled baking sheet.
- Spray the top of the salmon lightly with cooking spray, then sprinkle it with lemon pepper and salt if desired, followed by lemon slices.
- In a small mixing dish, combine parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Sprinkle cooking spray lightly over the salmon and arrange asparagus spears around it.
- Sprinkle the asparagus with the parmesan cheese and garlic powder mixture.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
