LEAN & GREEN CABBAGE-WRAPPED BEEF POT STICKERS
INGREDIENTS
- 8 large Green Cabbage Leaves
- 8 oz Lean Ground Beef
- 2 tbsp Green Onions chopped
- 1 3/4 tsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 can Cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring a large quantity of water to a boil in a big pot. Add the cabbage leaves to boiling water and boil for 2 minutes, until they are crisp-tender. Remove cooked cabbage with a slotted spoon and drain it on paper towels.
- In a mixing dish, combine the beef, green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder to make the potsticker filling.
- Make the pot stick patties by shaping them into thick oval patties about the size of your thumb. In a nonstick pan, cook the patties for 4 minutes on each side.
- Wrap cooked patties in cabbage leaves and use toothpicks to keep them in place.
