Lean & Green Quest Chips Taco Salad
Ingredients
- 4 oz Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 tsp Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1/3 cup Roma tomatoes Chopped
- 1 3/4 cup Romaine Lettuce Shredded
- 1 packet Quest Tortilla Style Loaded Taco Chips
- 1.5 oz Avocado Sliced (optional)*

Instructions
- In a medium sized skillet brown the lean ground beef. Drain meat and return to the skillet. Stir in taco seasoning and heat for approximately 2 or 3 minutes.
- After reheating set aside and let cool.
- Shred the lettuce by hand and add chopped tomatoes to the bowl. Mix in the seasoned ground beef.
- Top salad with Quest protein chips and your choice of optional condiments.
