Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki


  • 3 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped

Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki


  1. Place chopped chicken in the bottom of the 4-quart slow cooker. 
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and ginger. Pour over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  4. Remove chicken. While the slow cooker is still warm (or left on the warm setting if yours has one), slowly add the water to the slow cooker and mix.
  5. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir to coat in sauce. Serve over rice cauliflower with freshly chopped green onion on top.
