Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients
- 3 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped into bite-size pieces
- 3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 garlic cloves, mincedÂ
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki
Directions
- Place chopped chicken in the bottom of the 4-quart slow cooker.Â
- Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and ginger. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Remove chicken. While the slow cooker is still warm (or left on the warm setting if yours has one), slowly add the water to the slow cooker and mix.
- Return chicken to slow cooker and stir to coat in sauce. Serve over rice cauliflower with freshly chopped green onion on top.
