Ingredients

  • 18 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 2 2/3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Splenda
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 small Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 1 tsp Lime Zest
  • 1 can Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine soy sauce, splenda, vegetable oil, lime juice, and garlic. Pour into a plastic bag and add the chicken breast and turn several times to coat the chicken. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill on high heat.
  3. Spray the grate with the cooking spray. Discard marinade and grill the chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side until juices run clear or 165*F internal temperature.
