INGREDIENTS
- 11/4 lbs Raw Salmon cubed
- 2 stalk Scallions minced
- 3 tbsp Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Sambal (optional)*
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 cup Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup Radishes
- 1 large Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1,(0.35-oz.) small Seaweed Sheet (optional)*

INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the scallions, soy sauce, sambal, and (toasted) sesame seeds. Toss in the salmon and coat with it.
- 5 ounces of salmon per bowl is plenty! An Equal amount of Each vegetable should be placed in its own container and topped with 5 ounces of fish. Serve the seaweed pieces on the side, cut into little ribbons or 4 equal-sized pieces.
