INGREDIENTS

  • 11/4 lbs Raw Salmon cubed
  • 2 stalk Scallions minced
  • 3 tbsp Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Sambal (optional)*
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 cup Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Radishes
  • 1 large Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1,(0.35-oz.) small Seaweed Sheet (optional)*

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the scallions, soy sauce, sambal, and (toasted) sesame seeds. Toss in the salmon and coat with it.
  2. 5 ounces of salmon per bowl is plenty! An Equal amount of Each vegetable should be placed in its own container and topped with 5 ounces of fish. Serve the seaweed pieces on the side, cut into little ribbons or 4 equal-sized pieces.
