LEAN & GREEN Chicken COBB Salad
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups romaine or spring mix
- 1⁄2 lb cooked chicken
- breast, cubed or sliced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ avocado, mashed
- 1tsp dry ranch mix
- Water to thin
- 1sachet OPTAVIA Puffed Ranch Snacks

DIRECTIONS:
- Divide lettuce among two salad bowls.
- Divide the Remaining salad toppings between both salad bowls.
