Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Raw Peppers, Green
  • 1 cup Raw Tomatoes
  • 24 oz Shirataki Noodles
  • 28 oz Shrimp, peeled, deveined (raw)
  • 2 tbsp Oil, olive
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Thyme
  • 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon or Lime Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

Lean And Green Fresh Spicy Garlic Lime Shrimp

Instructions

  1. If using frozen shrimp, thaw. De-vein and peel shrimp.
  2. Make the seasoning blend by combining all the spices in a small bowl.
  3. Drain liquid from noodles and rinse thoroughly, set aside.
  4. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Once the pan is heated, add olive oil and stir in pressed garlic. Immediately add shrimp, green bell peppers, and lime juice. Sprinkle the entire seasoning blend over the shrimp and peppers. Stir. 5. Sauté shrimp and peppers for 3-6 minutes. 6. Add drained noodles and continue to cook shrimp, peppers, and noodles an additional 2-4 minutes or until shrimp begins to brown and peppers are al dente (tender-crisp).
  5. Remove from heat, and toss with tomatoes.
