  • 1, (16oz.) oz Frozen Green Beans
  • 1 can Light Cooking Spray
  • 2 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms chopped
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Onion diced
  • 1 small Garlic Cloves minced
  • 3/4 cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt



  1. Preheat oven to 350 * F 
  2. Microwave Green beans according to the Package instructions. 
  3. Lightly grease a medium-sized skillet, as well as warm over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, onion, as well as garlic until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes. Integrate mushroom mixture with the Green beans in a small bowl. Toss vegetables in a sauce combination until it is well mixed perfectly.
