Keto & Low-Carb Lean And Green Personal Biscuit Pizza

Little mini-pizzas, huh? This Personal Biscuit Pizza hack is a fantastic fueling hack that you can eat while still keeping your diet on track for the day!

TIPS: A baking pan covered with foil is required. Use low-fat cheese of your preference.

  • 1 sachet OPTAVIA Select Buttermilk Cheddar Herb Biscuit
  • 2 tbsp Cold Water
  • 1 can of Cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp Rao’s Homemade Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Reduced-Fat Cheese



  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Mix the biscuit mix with water and form it into a tiny, thin, circular crust shape on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. After baking for 10 minutes top with tomato sauce (such as Rao’s Homemade) and cheese, and bake just till the cheese is melted, approximately 4-5 minutes.
