Ingredients

  • 7 oz Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 oz Reduced Fat Fetta Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Baby Spinach Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Peppers Chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, place the lean turkey, spinach, red pepper and seasonings. Combine until well mixed.
  2. Once mixed well, form patties and cook. Burgers can be cooked on an (indoor or outdoor) grill, hot skillet or broil under broiler. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until internal thermometer reaches 165 degrees.
