INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Light Cooking Spray
- 2,(2oz.) medium Portobello Mushroom Caps
- 1/4 cup No Sugar Added Italian Tomato Sauce
- 4 oz Reduced-Fat Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tbsp Fresh Basil shredded (optional)*

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat Broiler.
- Place the mushroom caps on a lightly greased baking sheet that has been covered with foil. Spray tops with cooking spray. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until soft.
